COVID-19 INFORMATION - UPDATE 12
Currently the credit union will be operating Monday-Friday from the remote location, use the 800-772-6163 or email email@example.com to contact the credit union.
YOUR credit union continues to provide services to the membership while operating under COVID-19 restrictions. The Federal building is open to limited access, you must wear a mask at all times and pass the screening measures set by the building security. If you are unable to pass such screening process you will not be allowed entry into the building and the staff must have limited contact for their and your protection. The main office is open on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon to serve those that work within the building. The office is operated at the remote site on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:00 am to 12:00 noon.
Contacting your credit union can be accomplished through the 800-772-6163 number or email firstname.lastname@example.org . If you call the 800 number give it time, it has to locate me at the remote site, if you do not connect you will go to voice message. If you leave a voice message I will call you back. The 800 number can be used for after hours if you are locked out of your account or other emergency needs. I will return your call if you leave a brief message and I am near a computer to assist you in the request. Non-emergencies will be handled the next business day.
