YOUR credit union is concern about the health (physical and financial) of all the members. Thus, follow the procedures provided by the medical experts and listen to those experienced in financial affairs. There many rumors on both that are providing bad or dangerous advice. YOUR credit union was placed in Emergency Operations on the 17 March 2020 by the President/CEO. This enables the one employee of the credit union to continue operations in a remote location. The office lobby has been closed to traffic; this is in response to the limited access to the Federal Building. If you need to conduct business at YOUR credit union you can send an email to email@example.com , call 800-772-6163, or fax to 877-844-3291. The 800 number will reroute to the remote location, the 504 numbers are not operational at this time.
Be aware, there is only one employee working for each member, thus be patience and your request will be handled. There are many options to continue access to your funds at the credit union. As of this declared emergency all late fees on late payments will be waived, you must continue to send payments. If you are having financial difficultly send the President/CEO an email with your information. As this develops YOUR credit union will have possibly assistance that you may need, your email will allow us to communicate these to you directly.
Watch your email (make sure it is updated when logging in online) and the web site for important information. Together we will get through these rough waters.
